Founder & Executive Director
Cindy Serrano Roberts is a native New Yorker, Air Force veteran, community leader and mom.
Additionally, she served as a member of the National Council, United Nations Association, United States of America and served as s US Delegate at the 66th Commission on the Status of Women, Headquarters United Nations,
New York.
As a Senior Military Advisor, she led discussions championing Women, Peace & Security, UN Security Council Resolution 1325, with NATO countries and foreign militaries to increase women's participation in the peacekeeping process and public decision making spaces.
