CEO & Executive Director

Cindy Serrano Roberts is a native New Yorker, Air Force veteran, military spouse and mom. She spent the greater portion of her military career conducting barrier analysis on organizational processes, programs and cultural norms that impede underrepresented talent pools from accessing equitable opportunities in the Department of the Air Force. She played a lead role in standing up the Service’s first-ever Diversity and Inclusion Office (Pentagon, D.C.) and initial policies instituted for 656K personnel.

Additionally, she serves as a member of the National Council, United Nations Association, United States of America and was selected as s US Delegate at the 66th Commission on the Status of Women, Headquarters United Nations,

New York.

As a Military Gender Advisor, she led discussions championing Women, Peace & Security, UN Security Council Resolution 1325, with NATO countries and foreign militaries to increase women's participation in the peacekeeping process and public decision making spaces.
